Who I Am

I am from the sound of music Each phrase telling a different story My feet walk to the beat of a song As times get harder the tempo slows down But speeds back up as life turns around I am from the boots of a soldier Strong and steady marching on Always ready for the battle ahead And facing the future with no fear I am from the pen of Einstein Light bulb and all Always questioning what is considered "true" I am from the heart of a mother Loving new and old Caring deeper than the sea Walking close behind with a watchful eye for those who might deceive I am from the beats of a drum Always prepared to fight Carefully learning as I go Always forgiving but never forgetting
