Who Is It Up To?

Who is it up to? Everyday, oh how horrid to see! Please tell me right now, Is it up to you or up to me? That rusty sound, Coursing through my ears. Withholding, oh so. Striking up my worst fears. How does it know me? Piercing with pain. Sitting up high, With all the rein. Just so painful. Just so true. But that is how it is. That is what makes me so blue. Who is it up to? Everyday, oh how horrid to see! Please tell me right now, Is it up to you or up to me?
