Why and How?

Why would you just stand and watch?

What if it was your friend or family?

Feeling emotionally lost.

Feeling as if no one is there.

Feeling embarassed.

Feeling as if you have to force yourself to get up and deal with them.

Knowing that its going to happen again,

in front of everyone.

In front of everyone who will not say anything,

who will not do anything,

who will laugh,

who wont get help,

who are now a part of it.

Standing around and watching it happening is the same as doing it.

Its happening because you're not stopping it.

How could someone watch a life wither away?

How could you look into a persons eyes filled of such suffering?

Why can't you say something?

Why can't you stop bullying?

I have stopped the act of bullying due to knowing the experiences you go through when you are being bullied. Please stand up and stop it, only the strongest people will.
