Why I write

Going through the days when I was ridiculed

Made a fool of and pitied by fools

Writing gave me a sense of expression

A way to deal with depression

and call forth my impression

Of society and things going on around me

It gave me a voice

A way to have a choice

Not many people know that I fight

But only the important ones know why I write
