Final Exam

April 29, 2013
Final Exam I never quite fit in Always different from the rest Black sheep in a field of… cats! I’m erasing while everyone else is writing Wait!! Go back!! I didn’t get a chance to copy that down; I’ve got to pass this test Oh no! Now I’ll never fit in with the crowd Maybe I should just cheat, just take a peek at her paper What does that say? That makes no sense. AHHHHHH! I’ll never have friends Oh wait maybe I’ll look it up, I’ll never get caught, yes that’s what I will do This is so foreign to me, why am I so different? I’m going to fail, an outcast forever On the outside they look the same as me But inside do they feel differently? Does their heart beat differently; faster slower Does their blood run different; thicker thinner Can I start over? Brand new paper, a clean slate I’ve ripped holes in this one, erased too much Mine is dirty and smudged, but yours is perfect and clean No marks no tears… no character So plain no individuality, there’s nothing special there Mine looks like a work of art; abstract and beautiful Different I don’t think I’m going to pass this test Society can give me the big fat F Fantastic, Fabulous, failing this normality exam
