She wanted to idle.

Took up a start,
She took a stand,
She dared to raise a hand.
There She Sat
The First Seat
To Rest Her Feet
Tired From A Day Of Work
She Sat And Looked
Out The Window Until The Next Stop
When The White Man Would Hop
On And Change Her Life.
