Are You Real?

You were meant for me
Like the sun needs the moon
I’ll follow you
I’ll catch up to you eventually.

Something pulls me closer to you
Our souls crossed beyond the plains
Finding one another,
We could dance in the meadows sometime.

I’ll catch up to you one day,
My feet may tire
And my bones may break
But you are always only on the horizon.

So show me the way to you
With your guiding lights ablaze
You wither my heart to fainting
I can’t believe you’re real.
