Be Reformation

Mon, 11/18/2013 - 17:21 -- Lynnerd

I am a white man

But you can already see

That, That is not me and it is

something that I will never be

So now I am a liar

I have deceived

And creatively I have decided to lead

You down the wrong path

So call me this government

I work for myself

Give only myself any wealth

And oppress all others

Now call me supremacy

I created it to demean you see

All others that don’t look like me

I said they are objects to control

My name is social class

I will continuously last

Until values are redefined

And revolution comes to the minds

Can I be an intelligent being?

Open new eyes to seeing

See racism needs depletion

And this begins with new perceiving

Recognize that I am not a liar

because of the color of my skin

And I am not a criminal because

of the location that I live in

Learn that each person

has their own free will

And that each person

has a purpose to fulfill

If equality is desired, reformation is the key

Doors need to be opened, so that fairness may be

But who will truly listen,

To the ideas that we preach

Since I am not a white man

Is there purpose to my speech?

Policies need renew

It is something we can do

And before I say adieu

Let me ask: Can I count on you?
