Birds

Proverbs 26:2

Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow,
an undeserved curse will not land on its intended victim.

Be content … and you'll be free

Don't get down to the level of just any other bird

or you'll be crushed by the gavel when truth is heard.

Alike-ness

Birds of a feather getting well along.

Acting together or they're right or wrong

But all birds do differ ... some just like to sing.

Some just use their sniffer like hummingbirds in spring.

Then there are the turkeys drowning when it rains.

Acting like some jerkies time and time again.

We work with some ostriches with their head in the sand

and then with their tail feathers show direction to foe and friend.

They sure know how to bore us walking hand in hand.

United they will floor us when alone we stand.

So if you are a cockatoo singing in a tree

where the ostrich can't reach you as you’re feeling free.
