Blindsight

If I go blind,

I want to remember the world for its beauty and splendor.

Take away the sights of drug abuse, gang violence, and killers.

Take away the lines of stress below my mother's eyes,

Never again will I see my mother cry.

If I go blind,

Let me remember the glow from your skin.

Let me remember your frame and your honest grin.

No more judgmental eyes looking down on me...

Atleast no eyes that I can see.

Peering into a darkness full of color,

Humming birds and wild tigers greet each other.

The heavens shine, no crime.

With no sight I gaze into this beautiful black hole.

Take away my vision, and Then...

Do I see a perfect wold.?  :)
