Bright

As I open the blinds light pours in.
Not love, just light and the promise of warmth.
As I open the door light pours in.
There I am, I see my soul; its nice but needs work.
As I open the drawer I pour in.
Enjoying the time with myself, my face; good enough for now.
As I open up to the outside brightness pours in.
More brilliant than I have ever seen; there in the distance.
He is there, constantly, brightening my life my heart.
I bound away from all that is not light and surrender to his brilliant bright enduring love. And all that I am is bright.
