The Child's Illusion

Open your arms,
soul,
mind and sight
The endless madness of ones life
Seemingly freed without such flight
Pre-destined they say you are
Free as a bird, don't go so far
A child's laughter in the air
The grandmother, her rocking chair
Pre condition these valueless instances
Surely they serve you some restlessness
Free as a butterfly, watch out for the hawk
Express yourself but they will gawk
Twisting and turning heads to see the grief
Express the sadness, yet not discrete
Your tongue, Your alibi, speak and free those words
Simmering, shallow, seduction rhythm of words
We'll take you to a place you might never fathom
Fore I am your friend, not a mere phantom
The endless madness of ones dreams
Don't say I didn't warn you, I never deceive.
