Cliches

Like smoking moms and their babies

Like texting while he’s sleeping

Like rushing businessmen with nowhere to be,

Law non-abiding law enforcers,

Cracks on new concrete

I can’t keep winding around like this

On straight paths

With a pipe to my lips.

I can’t keep going with the traffic

With my jeans falling off

My protruding bones of my hips

Glancing at newspaper prints with a magnifying glass revealing hints

Distortion

Proportional disproportion

Boldness fading…

Like a balloon filled with void

Like writing on limitless lines

Like running in circles on a one-way road

Like catching your tail when it’s tucked in between your legs

Like downing another pill

Forging bills

Calling in ill on a holiday
