A Complex Beauty

Location

Validating to the world what I can do-

isn’t that everyones’ delusion

But it’s not that plain

Inception within my own brain

makes internal struggle effortless,

showing off arduous

Thousands of possibilities that must be sifted through,

yet,

only one rational path to go

I long to hang out with friends,

but introversion

Making sense

is for the timid,

those who are compelled to check for the right answer

That’s not me

I don’t care what the world thinks

I’m myself, rooted in God, not society

The pain of being unique

is worth the right to be free

Simple made easy.
