Cracked Petal

Mon, 08/01/2016 - 19:57 -- Equell

The petals in due time,

Slip from their mothers grasp;

Their birth place ,

As they evade time,

Dancing between space,

Before falling down to my desks surface,

Intaking its last breath of freedom

Before being controlled by the force of gravity.

Its brothers miss it.

Calling from what seems to be million

Of miles up in the sky,

But in due time they will follow,

And down

Down

Down

They will evade time

And dance between space and take their last breath of freedom,

Before laying by the familiar face,

Of the cracked and fallen petal.
