Why are the innocent being killed?

Why are the guilty being set free?

The pain of a society

suffers the burden of liberty

I see war in the streets

Everything's in catastrophe

Life isn't worth living

if freedom isn't a given

When will the chaos stop?

​I pray for peace

But no one listens to me

A child without a voice

A silent cry heard on deaf ears

Mothers holding their sons

Fathers in the jailhouse

The pain of a society

Justice is blind

but will she open her eyes just once

We're dying out here

And no one seems to care

I don't want

to die

too.
