DAMAGE

Everything we say and everything we do,

could be like a breath of fresh air,

or like a bloody swimming pool,

words matter more than you think,

simply sticking in earplugs,

does not make it go away,

simply ignoring doesn't make you forget,

the things you hear and see they stick,

sometimes we're not aware of what we're doing,

throwing the first punch isn't the only form of bullying,

there's cyberbullying as well  as verbal bullying too,

sometimes we do not even realise the impact and damage that we do
