Depression, Depression is not what people choose to have

Depression is not an act to get laughs

suicide, Suicide is not stupid or dumb or even crazy suicide

is a sign that one is getting tired and the world is cold

Anxiety, anxiety is not over exaggerating anxiety could be a flash from a crazy past and

oneslef crash and their heart beats fast because they think the past is coming back to

hunt....... mental health is something that should be taken serious because ones with it 

like myself crave for help and don't get the proper help because doctors are so quick

to make us pop a pill and now our minds are trying to feel what the pill killed

and they say things like where crazy well mabey if we where taken serious our lives

wouldn't be at state
