Diamonds

Sat, 09/24/2016 - 20:10 -- Dezzy D

Satisfaction guaranteed
To men women only please
We work and slave
Each day and night
Not to ours, but men's delight
They cat-call us to gain more recruits
Join the parade, bring forth your use
We hide our shame in nice tight clothes
Yet still get mad when me call us hoes
Our clothes only show our sadness and neglect
We're like the Jews from *Night shoved into one barrack
Feeling like there's nowhere else to run
We just give in, it's over; done
Not only are we beautiful and smart
But we purify the world with our faces; our art
Women I know that times are tough
But we're all just diamonds in the rough
