A Dream of Paradise

In a lover’s embrace, we woke in one place.
I smiled at you, you smiled back

All day long we dance and prance.
I sing to you, you sing too.

And when we finished the morning dew, we walked all day in the afternoon.
I spoke with you, you spoke back.

We enjoy the sun and the bright light.
I laugh with you, you giggle too.

The sun sets in brilliant reds.
I lunge at you for a sweet attack, you attack back.

The moon comes out and lights the trees.
I bathe in the stream, you bathe with me.

The day finally draws to a close and sleep calls.
I kiss you goodnight, you kiss back.
