Fallen Girl

Crushed from the minds of loved ones,
Chased from those of friends.
This is how she has chosen,
To tie up the loose ends.

Sighs of laughter, love and joy,
Resound through her pounding mind.
Never will she feel again,
What was once hers to wind.

She floats down crowded streets,
Her thoughts being led astray.
To what would have happened,
If she had been more careful that day.

Leaves and trees fluttered,
As well as her dark wings in a sudden breeze.
It was unfair to her, that girl in black,
As those dark feathers began to tease.

Fate was never kind to those,
Those Angels who had fell.
For they could never be,
Outside the great depths of Hell.
