Fire Inside
The fire burned inside of me
Festering and livening each night his fingers touched me
It livened up and crackled as I told the lawyer
Sparks flew as the truth came out but the fire only burned in me
The inside of my skin were burned and blackened.
Talking did not help but paper
That changed everything
Words flew out of me describing what his rough hands left on me
But as the fire lit inside again
This time it left.
