Flawlessly Me.

Look at me,

drenched in naivety-

without a clue of how one should be.

Look at me,

take notice of my nervous walk-

or the insecure expression when I talk.

Get to know me,

and you will see what makes me tick.

I try to be perfect-

but it's a trick.

Get to know me,

I've met my share of demons-

I still come across bits of skeletal remains.

Understand that I still get up every morning,

seeking something familiar-

with little success.

There's no one quite like me,

I am who I'm meant to be-

living flawlessly.
