The Fog of Television

It is better to read than watch television. Television, though not all of it I must say, was created to keep us from being our best. We watch life go by, as we stare into faces of people we hardly know, constructed of colored rods.
What we have called the immortal glowing box keeps us closed to answers .Game shows for money and cash prizes, things that speak to the void of human emptiness, shut out our desire to investigate the truth of our society and the truth in ourselves.

Definitely a thinker. Our world needs much more of this.
