Frailty

Frailty

Ephesians 4:26

26 Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on the cause of your anger.

Can a frail spirit be angry?

Does it not know peace at all?

It produces fear I know

and great uncertainty.

How to stand in the day of evil

if barely hanging on?

Feet on the ground on a go-around

frozen in perplexity.

Can this be called a form of death

or maybe hibernation?

When you wake up in a sweat

and you are still the same.

Time passed by but circumstance

appears not to have changed.

You still doubt own capacity

and are close to deranged.

Did it start with disobedience

or lack of cooperation

with the Holy Spirit’s

aspects of my life?

He never violated my personality.

He never searched for strife.

He only wanted the best for me,

to be “just” like Christ.
