Gone

Eyes deeper than the greatest forest
They stare into my very soul.
with the knowledge of the wisest sage.
Dragging me back from the deepest hole.

Hair warmer than the brightest suns,
Melting the iciest corner of my heart.
Silky and soft with every touch.
An emptiness holds me when we depart.

The lingering of your head on my arm,
Showing a silent gesture of love.
You are mine and I am yours,
But what do I do when you rise above?

I sit in silence with no gesture.
My heart freezes in the coldest darkness.
A hardness creeps into my soul.
What does this empty shell do without your bliss?
What does one do without your kiss?
