Goodbye

Before I die

I'll learn to rise

High in the sky

Where the Angels fly.

I'll be bright

But never in sight

I'll shine like a star

But will never be far.

I'll have fluffy wings

And sweet songs to sing

A halo crown,

So I never look down

But when I fly

I'll have to say goodbye

With tears in my eyes

And raise my wings high

My time is nigh

Please don't cry

So I guess goodbye
