Hidden Rainbows

Drown out my sorrows with laughs

Let the birds sing of my lonely heart and the sound of its lonely chords.

Take a look into my soul with these broken eyes and see if you could figure out all the things I try to hide.

Like the fact I can't find someone to see me as a diamond and my words are so cut up you would think I had a problem.

But I still smile like I could make the pain go away only for it to just creep back up and remind me of all my sorrows.

But who said tomorrow couldn't bring a better day. I've seen the worst and the best, I've seen the roughest of storms and the brightest of rainbows

And while this life may seem long I know heaven is where I ultimately belong.

So Im keeping my head up in hopes of one day seeing the rainbow behind the storm.
