Hiding

My hands shake,
I've been exposed

The mask of joy and smiles I once wore,
Discarded.

They know who I am now...
A sudden wave of relief eases over me.
I no long have to hide my feelings.

The real heart of me may be cruel and cold,
But it is easier than faking.
