How Dare You

How dare you hug me like I'm your world,

then do the same to another.

How dare you make me laugh until my sides hurt,

and then make me mad later.

How dare you try to protect me

wnen you're the one I need protecting from.

How dare you try to protect me when I'm hurt,

when you're the cause of my pain.

How dare you tell me I've changed,

as if you and the world around us isn't changing too.
