I AM

Thu, 01/23/2014 - 20:03 -- pher036

I am like them, just without hunger

I wonder what this world would be as one

I hear the voices of those younger beggars

I see people who are yet to be done

I want to be there for those who don't have a brother

I am like them, just without hunger

I pretend to stare into the distance

I feel sick as I am outnumbered

I touch the hearts of those who got my assistance

I worry about others who are ready to surrender

I cry when they're scared of their existence

I am like them, just without hunger

I understand that their life isn't easy

I say just try for your father and mother

I try to become a wish or possibly a genie

I hope for them something better

Because I am like them, just without hunger
