I Know You See Me

I'm in the front of the class,

You turn around and ask,

The class a question.

I wave my hand in the air,

You act like you don't see it.

Are you stupid?

Are you blind?

My hand is right in front of your eyes,

Still you don't see it.

I've got the answer to your question,

You better pick me before I do something,

To earn myself worse than a detention.

Yet the next time you ask a question,

That I don't know the answer to,

What do you do?

You pick on me!

I didn't raise my hand;

Yet you pick on me!

So now you see me?

You didn't see me before.

I think you're just messin' with me,

Playing a game.

But guess what?

In the end I'll win because now,

I know you saw me.

For sure...let's play.
