I see a stairway leading-

Me closer to you.

It’s so high up.

And I can’t see the top.

But I will keep climbing.

Because it’s been a while since we last met.

We need to patch the holes in our relationship.

I’m climbing this for you.

For us.

For me and my sanity.

Near the top, I reassure myself of why I’m doing this.

I think of you.

Yes! the top.

All the memories flood back to me.

We’re finally reunited.

I have much to tell you.

And to think, it was all because of that marvelous stairway.
