I have been there though,

Even though it may have started many years ago,

Just try to get past it and aglow.

Please do not do it,

Just try to quit,

Because it will not benefit,

That is all I want to admit.

Do something you like to do,

Even if you have to try something new.

Just change your point of view,

It is just something I want you to get through.

You know I care and love for you,

So do other people too,

Just know you will always have someone to turn to,

Even if it is someone you run into.
