Life of A Young Girl

Fri, 03/29/2019 - 01:18 -- madysue

When we were three we were alone and free

We had our mommies play dress up with us

Our daddies came home to help us climb trees

But soon we grow up and get on the bus

We see cute boys but they rarely see us

We were always told that we were way cute

But we got older and believed way less

We always skipped meals and always ate fruit

We never saw how unique we all were

Until one day we changed ourself for them

We soon lost ourselves and forgot who we were

By then it was late to change us rare gems

We never came back we stayed us dull pearls

This is a life of a teenage young girl
