Listen

When I thought that true love didn’t exist, and it was all a myth, you showed me it was real, and exactly how it feels. In the beginning when you told me: you promise not to take my love for granted, I assumed eventually you would “renege.” But giving a piece of me to you without any hesitation and you taking it with care is to know that your promise was not just for show. I’m grateful for the cruel relationships I had in the past, because that can give me some sort of guidance of what not to do, just so that what we have can last. Of course I have my fears and doubt sometimes, but that all comes with a love handed to me that is so divine. A heart so mind-blowing to have, there is only one decision available, which is: to believe. When others catch hold of it by accident, they want to follow our precedent, for now my only advice is to be each other’s preference.
