Long Wonders

I believe someone is dreaming

Perfection is greatly in our minds

Greatness achieved is left silent

Wrongful doings turn into bricks

Protection found only during night

Bad things follow only some, why?

Settle thoughts to comprehend why

Precision exclusively when dreaming.

At least we feels this alone, at night.

Rest is meant to alleviate the mind

For us, it just condenses into bricks

Is this why we lie awake silent?

I lend my voice to break the silence

Words pour out in hopes to understand why

To my dismay the words just hit bricks

maybe most are still asleep and dreaming.

They found the power to bar our minds

Darkness now leads my days and nights

our tears now wait to be hid by night

I’m in love with absolute, unkind silence,

I’ll beat my heart with my relentless mind

They see me struggle and never ask why.

Voices say I can’t continue dreaming

But don’t they know life has its bricks?

I believe that faith is stronger than bricks

That eventually, light comes after night

You can find beauty by sweet true dreaming.

Just because they’re only giving out silence,

doesn't dismiss the missing answer to why

I needs time to be one with his evolving mind

That calls for me to settle my active mind

Wait it out and help bring down his bricks

I have to be patient and forget why

If I push too hard they’ll find comfort in night

And find comfort and prolong the silence.

Remember, memories, not from dreaming

Finally, they are over why and share their minds.

No more dreaming that there are no bricks

Peaceful again is night, now only sleep is silent
