Loss

From crystal sound and comfort seek

the heathery moor and feather wing beat

the voice of the ocean so bittersweet

from beginning to end, they finally meet.

In the warmth and glow of the summer heat

we forget the downfalls and see the feat

do not give up, this isn’t defeat

our connections with them are what made them complete
