Love Me Do

When I'm down hearing your voice is a dove,

It is so much sweeter than honey,

I am not sure if I should call this love,

'Cause it shines brighter than any day that's sunny,

My heart beats fast when you take but a glance,

Is it true that you can share my love, too?

Those beautiful eyes put me in a trance,

You're like a delicate flower strewn with dew.

This ever aching feeling must take the toll,

It burns too bright like the stars in the night,

As it continues to engulf my empty soul,

If I close my eyes I'll see my incite,

But does my heart feel this love impending?

'Cause if it does, I enjoy pain unending.
