Maybe ... reasoning

James 1:4

But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Maybe reaching for the stars takes only a frame of thought

Maybe the touch of the universe is the kiss of a little babe

Maybe embracing Heaven is a tear in grief and sorrow sought

Maybe hugging life as such is helping an unfortunate slave

Maybe the only right is to see that we’re doing most things wrong

Maybe the greatest truth is much closer than we think

Maybe the prettiest music is when our hearts sing a song

Maybe the greatest “poem of all” is above the words we link

Maybe there is only beauty for them that take the time

Maybe a call is like appetite that searches for fulfillment

Maybe the ink and pen are here to form endless rhymes

Maybe just to record in time dissatisfaction or contentment
