Breathing deeply
Ask you faith
For guidance
And protect

For what will be
Received
Left ear flow down deep into your lungs
Keep it there Until it expands
like rivers and streams
That run across the land
As your heart is in your hand
Place it there gently
As you Release
slowly controlled breath.
Continue your breathwork
But center your mind
Raise of your crest
Feel the beat of you heart
Against you hand the  light generated within
Concentrate on it
Each breath feeding it
As a as it grows
All thoughts
All feeling
Let them slide
Into the light
that you carry inside
Sweeped away
By the loving peace
That Already exists
that light of compassion
You Have on unleashed
your breath
continuous feeds
A ever-growing light.
The only limits
Is what you perceive
Compassionate peace
Love and forgiveness
Are freely Given
and received
You are centre where
Two world's meet
The outer and inner
You the glue that
keeps them together.
Your light so brilent
Reaches down deep
into mother
Grounded as your consciousness expands
Beyond your body
Beyond your home
beyond all border
and all land
Farther reaches of space
that you can comprehend
And back again.
