My Child

A tiny mouth widens,
Smallest ever seen.
Tiny eyes open,
Wide as could be.

Tiny hands grasp mine
And hold on for dear life.
A tiny heart beats,
Easing my strife.

Tiny body turns,
My sweet little boy.
My own tiny baby.
My child, my joy.
