A cloaked, hooded figure
Came knocking at my door.
I could feel the coldness all around,
Like a blizzard suddenly swept in.
I stood there, frozen to the spot,
And he bowed and turned around;
Leaves fell around him as he walked away.
Death came knocking only one more day.
