Never

Never

Isaiah 5:20

20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Dirty heart and filthy mind gathered in one body

May I call it human developed in maturity

I am glad to find that children on the potty

are more like cumin as medicine for sincerity

Growing up quickly shouldn’t we celebrate?

The age of accountability seems so refreshing?

To fill up one’s own slate with failed mortality

and calling existence in our confusion a blessing

Works left half-done and rewards reaped like completed

Taking what’s not yours like a thief in the night

Forgiving self and call it bygone as everyone feels cheated

Never to reimburse them in survival’s constant flight
