Ocean

My hair has always reminded me of

the ocean

It ripples, it waves, it tangles easily

It's wild, crazy, uncontrolable

In it's natural state

My hips are wide like

the ocean

My legs carry great power

They are not thin or fragile

Rather they storm and swell like

the ocean

My head is calm

 It is not surface deep

I have a mind that changes like the tides in

the ocean

One minute in an uproar

The next in a storm

Then all is calm like

the ocean

I guess

In a way

We are all our own little

ocean.
