One Flower

One flower is what is there
It stays and doesn't go
Amidst the gales and storms and wind
No happiness does it know

But in spite of all this madness
The sunlight splits open the sky
For a second it shines down
To consume the flower that died

But it just remains lifeless
Guided by the hour
Left by the hate of the world
The one lonely flower
