Place A Fingerprint Where The Weapon Was And You Might Know What It Feels Like You Hurt Someone

Be it a safe, words behind teeth
Word printed paper with a pen of deceit
Demanding the ink to find ones heart
To take their words and pull them apart
To repeice them in a way they were not meant
To be placed in an envelope and then sent
Beyond where it was with a knife in the package
To stab in the back with the noise beyond static
Becoming all of the words that haunt all your dreams
But your ears will fail you, but what it it seems
Is these words that you hear, oh why do they hurt
With the voice of an angel, with every word
Every sweet word, the words spoken are "love" and "care"
A forever of dead noise, even when your not scared
So how, when becoming paranoid with yourself
My mind will fail me, when less of my wealth
Of mind is lost in a feeling that's cold
When there's nothing left to lose why can't I be bold
The knife that was given is stabbed through the paper
It only makes sense that we heal these wounds later
Let it linger because the pain is more then what it is
A part of me disappears to what I did
A part of my heart and a part of my personality
When a good person fails, they can't face their reality
Less of a mind and more of a silent sigh
When finally is left with a fallen failure of a lie.
