A prayer for America

Please; deliver  us  from  these  disreputable  men  in  Washington....who

have  forgotten  the  history  at  Concord  &  Lexington. Oh  Lord, in  Christs

name  I  pray; help  the  U.S.A  to  see  once  more  the  light  of  day. Let  us

never  forget, the  quote  by  which  our  montra  was  set: 'we  hold  these

truths  to  be  self-evident....' Help  us  to  learn  what  rewards  our  mis-

conducts  beget; save  this  economy, this  dichotomy; this  land  that  I

love, this  land  that  was  made  by  your  hands  above; this  land  that  you

brought  us  to  on  the  wings  of  eagles  and  doves....and; let  us  never  for-

get, to  whom  we  owe  an  emolument; our  troops, our  veterans - these

heroic  happy  dead, who  didn't  stop  to  think, but  died  instead. Now  this

I  pray  most  fervently; that  my  country  repents  quite  urgently....That

blind  eyes  would  shine  like  meteors  and  be  gay; that  my  people  would

see  the  light  at  the  edge  of  the  dark  tunnel,  which  will  end  their  self-induced

dismay. That  they  be  endowed  with  sight  beyond  the  norm, and  see  the

Heavenly  Lord, in  his  (true)  and  glorious  form.
