Red

Red is a color with a lot to offer

Red is a temper that burns like a wildfire

Rage,

Jealousy,

Frustration

But Red smells like roses,

Tastes like strawberries,

And feels like infatuation

Red is your first crush,

Your first kiss,

Your first rejection

It’s the warmth rushing to your face when you’re embarrassed

Red is a sunburn placed across your cheeks

Red is the color of your face after laughing too hard

Red is stubborn and Red is bold

It’s a beating heart

Sometimes it flutters softly

Other times, it pounds against your ribcage
