Right Now, For Now

There’s a moment when song reaches inside

It pulls me from my seat into my dreams

The choreography of words and notes dancing

Where no one else can dare to see

Walking measure by measure

The only way to work is by playing

But when you’ve been broken

All you have to do is add the right note

Holding on with a death grip

I know that you know why

Call it love, call it life, but you hold my heart

Whatever you say I’ll stay

Make the time to hold my hand

Take all the time to play your song

At the end of it the last thing I want is a montage

But in time, what are we without our labels

In this place, what are we without our looks

We are all I want to be as time, for now, can see

As silence hits us from all sides

We hold together but don’t hide

I’m following you, you’re in the lead

But you know what I need and all I need is time
